Whoopee. If I might borrow just a few words from the late great Sam Kennison....I have been in love about 10 times...yada yada yada... I am certain that the next time will not be like the rest... Oh Nooooo...Cupid would never try and screw me like 11 times in a row... So next time I hear ..."This is love...I am not like the others..I am different..." Pardon me if I take a minute to remove my battle scared heart with a salad fork. Bitter??? Me?? Nahhhhhhh..
Oh I am just kidding....everybody grab your sweetie and come on down to Stumpy's this weekend. There will be lots of love to pass around...just how much love is measured in Proof...on the side of each bottle....on come on its a joke. We have lots of Stumpians that have found love right there on Lower Division. Bill/Nancy....Steve/Gina....Woody/American Honey....Luther/Whoever's left at 2AM. Stumpy's is a Cornucopia of Love baby....Yeeee Hawwww. Ok now am just getting off track. Let's talk about the Love Train that is Pulling into our little spot this weekend and who is on board....
Ummmmm Friday night...Mr Take me Home and Love me Long time....Bobbie Mac. Yeah Ladies...this may be your last chance to go steady!!...Oh I am teasing...why would I say that.... NO Bobbie Mac and his Southern Cross Roads Band will be bringing all kinds of Love Ballads to us this Friday evening.... ala Skynard and maybe some Georgia Satellites as well....Southern Rock Reigns at Stumpy's Friday!!
Ahhhhh yes.. then Saturday ...The Love Bunnies themselves....Just In Tyme...All Vallows Eve...Valloween does not start until Just In Tyme cranks it up Saturday Evening...Yeah dudes...lay it all on the line for that special lady.... and ladies....throw caution to the wind and just let Mr Wonderful have his way with your heart... OK that is enough of that... Just remember ...Guys...Gals...you are all safe with us because what happens at Stumpy's...stays at Stumpy's...unless I hear about it then it gets plastered all over the Internet in this newsletter.....yeah baby..I need some material!!!

Quick mention..this past weekend Stumpy's once again kicked every other bar it town's ARSE!!! We Rocked....You Rocked...Howard Starling finally had a crowd...and he was terrific!!...Howard will be back the first Friday in March....Really great job Howie!!... Then Saturday night..one of the finest rock bands around....I mean that...VOID... those guys were simply killer Saturday night last...Huey Lewis was in the house!! I do want a new drug...one that makes every band sound as good as VOID....GREAT GIG!!!
Only thing I have to say about the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue this week is this...(silence)

Pray for your Service personal. These Heroes ask for very little..and respect wise sometimes it seems that they get what they ask for... I say hit your knees every night and thank God for these young men and women that protect our LIBERTIES.
